In what was intended to be today’s Cheesecake Friday cheesecake, the girl and I made this Oreo inspired effort, which was found at this awesome blog. Unfortunately, due to a slight hangover and an all too comfortable bed this morning, I was unable to have the time to pack the slices in a suitable way so that they would survive a one and a half hour commute. So I’m left with the option of either renaming today Cheeseblob Friday, or admit defeat and buy another one. A tasty weekend ahead though.
