The last few trips to the cinema have been slightly underwhelming. This will change on Wednesday with a viewing of Labyrinth at the BFI. 1986 was a good year.
I was recently asked, if I could have someone else’s voice, whose would I choice. I answered with James Stewart. Now look who turned up on my new BFI membership card. JIMMY!
It doesn’t officially get released until the end of the month but everywhere you look people are talking about Zero Dark Thirty. Preview tickets for next week make me feel a little better about that.
Finding an unused ticket to the Rust and Bone premiere is quite heartbreaking. Just think, Marion and I would be preparing to celebrate our one week anniversary right now.
Very rarely do I ever wish that I was older than I actually am. But sometimes I think how wonderful it would of been being around when some of the great films were released so you could of seen them on the big screen. On a fair few occasions this year, I’ve been lucky enough to of done just that whilst still being able to retain my youthful good looks. Tonight it’s the turn of this masterpiece.
